Valor V2 DIY Chassis

This is the DIY install chassis for the Valor V2 hilt design; 3D printed. This is specifically designed for the Valor V2 hilt and not intended for other saber models.
Printed in an all in one single chassis, with removable chassis capability on some versions. Included with the chassis are some spacers to raise the height of AV switch options to allow proper install.

AV switches/actuators are NOT included with the chassis kits, please make sure to buy those separately in this section

Please note that there are different versions of this chassis depending on what type of switch you will be using for your install. An explanation of each option below:

'Standard 12mm AV Style'- this means you are using any type of standard 12mm AV switch used as a momentary switch device, sized appropriately for a 12mm switch hole.

This chassis is not fully removable due to the switch being wired directly to the soundboard.

'Knurled Actuator Style'- this means you are using one of the knurled actuators sold here at Saberbay. Example of this below:

This chassis is fully removable and can be held in place using one of the bottom shroud screws.

'Standard Actuator Style'- this means you are using of the newer standard 12mm switch actuators (available in 4 different color options). Example of this below:

'Glass Eye Actuator Style'-this means you are using one of the shine through 'glass eye' actuators sold here at Saberbay. This option will include a pixel switch PCB instead of a standard tactile switch. Example of the actuator below:

Parts needed for install:
-CFX or Proffie soundboard
-NPXL shortpin hiltside connector (or similar)
-correct switch depending on chassis option(see options above, 1.5mm brass tactile switch included with all chassis prints)
-high amp killswitch
-removable 18650 protected button top cell
-28mm bass speaker
