Refund policy

We accept cancelations if requested within 1 hour of purchase. Orders past that timeframe can not be guaranteed a cancelation. For any orders placed, please note there is an automatic 3% restocking fee for purchases made using a credit card. There are no exceptions to this so please only place an order if you are committed to your purchase.

Product issues and help with potentially defective MUST be handled in writing via email IN ADDITION to clear images and/or videos of the problems. 
Written statements are no longer accepted as problem descriptors.

Refunds are handled on a case by case situation depending on the nature of the reason for the refund. Damaged products upon arrival are subject to a refund if returned in the same fashion it was received. We are not liable for any mishandling of packages by the postal service used for the order. For any damaged products due to the mishandling of the postal service, a shipping insurance claim will be filed to reimburse the amount covered by the order. Refunds must be filed within 30 days of purchase.

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of purchase, and buyer must pay shipping cost and be shipped and arrive in the same condition it was received to qualify.

Products are not eligible for a return if they have been opened, tampered with, or used or altered with in any way.  Used products are not eligible for a return or refund.
